With great pleasure we would like to express that Coffee House Social Service Association, established in the year 2000 rendering voluntary service in the field of Voluntary Safe Blood Donation Movement throughout West Bengal. Ours is an absolutely non-profitable voluntary organization based out of College Street Indian Coffee House (15, Bankim Chatterjee Street, Kolkata- 700073) that was previously renowned as the Albert Hall, a historical name deeply associated with Indian political, cultural and social revolution during pre and post Freedom Movement of India since its inception in 1876. Till date still drawing attention and interest of the eminent personalities of different field in our ever changing society. Since last twenty years we have been profoundly involved in various segment of social service work like Thalassemia and Aids Prevention and Awareness program.We have been organizing state level certificate course in "Safe Blood Donation & Cancer Prevention" and another course in "HIV-AIDS Prevention & Management". We also distribute new clothes, saris, dresses, toys and food items to down trodden tribal families in the distant poverty stricken forest areas of West Bengal for thousand women and children every year to bring smiles to them before the Durga Puja.

“ব্রিগেড” শব্দটার সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে আছে, কলকাতার অনেক ইতিহাস। যদিও সেই ইতিহাসের অনেকটা জুড়েই শুধুমাত্র রাজনৈতিক সমাবেশ। কিন্তু সেই ইতিহাসেরও পালা বদল হয়েছিল আমাদেরই হাত ধরে ২০২০ সালের ১৪ই জুন। কফি হাউস সোশ্যাল সার্ভিস এসোসিয়েশন এর আহবানে ঐতিহাসিক ব্রিগেড প্যারেড গ্রাউন্ডে করোনা আবহের ভয় কে উপেক্ষা করে ৯০ জন মানুষ রক্তদানের জন্য এগিয়ে এসেছিল। কিন্তু সেবারও কোনো রাজনৈতিক দলের পতাকার তলায় নয়, বরং মানবিকতার পতাকা আরও উঁচুতে তুলে ধরার শপথ নিয়ে।

হ্যাঁ বন্ধুরা, আগামী ১৪ই জুন ২০২২ বিশ্ব রক্তদাতা দিবস উপলক্ষ্যে, এবারও আমরা ব্রিগেড প্যারেড গ্রাউন্ডে অনুষ্ঠিত করতে চলেছি রক্তদান শিবির। ময়দান মেট্রো স্টেশনের এক নম্বর গেটের পাশে, সেল বিল্ডিংয়ের ঠিক বিপরীতে আয়োজিত এই রক্তদান শিবির আক্ষরিক অর্থেই এক নতুন দৃষ্টান্ত স্থাপন করে ফেলেছে।
